2. This website
This is a static website hosted with Google Firebase Hosting. We do not include Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tracking or advertising and marketing trackers. Fonts are served by your device. No external font requests are made.
The website code does not set cookies or use browser storage. No consent banner is included because this implementation contains no optional tracking tools.
Delivering web pages requires infrastructure processing of request information, which may include IP addresses, request times, requested resources, browser information and technical access logs. Provider-side logging and retention must be verified by the operator.
3. Castle Grid: Auto Warfare
Google Play Games Services
The Android game uses Google Play Games Services for platform authentication and Saved Games / cloud saves. The cloud save system is separate from the Castle Grid online leaderboard. These website pages do not sign you in to Google Play Games.
The online leaderboard
The Castle Grid leaderboard uses Google Cloud Run and Google Cloud Firestore. Its purpose is to associate a Castle Grid profile with ranking values and support profile-name reservation.
It stores the required Castle Grid profile name, best player level, best completed or survived grove wave, pseudonymised internal account and profile identifiers, reservation and visibility state, profile count, and technical timestamps. A genuine PvP rating may be added later; it is not presented here as an existing ranking feature.
Your Castle Grid profile name and leaderboard values are visible to other authenticated Castle Grid players. Do not include personal information in your public game name.
What the leaderboard does not store
- Google email address, Google account name or profile picture.
- Raw Google Play Games player ID.
- OAuth authorisation codes, access tokens or refresh tokens.
- Your complete Castle Grid save game.
A raw platform player ID is processed temporarily in server memory for verification and derivation of a pseudonymised identifier; it is not stored in Firestore. OAuth codes and Google tokens are not stored or logged. The game’s short-lived session remains in volatile app memory.
Cloud saves remain separate
Saved Games can contain game progress. A leaderboard entry is not a cloud save. Deleting one does not automatically delete the other. A subsequent sync from a retained local profile or backup may register a leaderboard profile again.
Technical logs
Leaderboard application logs use route types, status, duration, abstract error codes and random request identifiers. They do not include request bodies, authorisation headers or Google error objects. Google Cloud Run also maintains infrastructure logs whose configuration and retention require operator review.
4. Privacy & data requests
Requests must be verified as belonging to the relevant profile owner. A complete process must distinguish local game profiles, Google Play Games Saved Games and online leaderboard entries. A verified privacy contact will be published above when configured.
